Yes, we service Houston and Fort Bend county. We are willing to travel outside of Houston as well. Calculate deliver fees Here

Once your order is finalized, an invoice is emailed. Payment can be made as follows:
The 50% deposit can be made online via credit/debit card.
We are able to accept other forms of payment like Zelle Transfer, Venmo, Cashapp, Apple pay upon request.
The remaining balance is payable no later than the 1 days before your event or day of if paying in cash.
We will not install if invoices are unpaid.

All deposits made to hold the date of your event are non-refundable.
If total invoice amount is paid, and client requests cancellation:
Cancellation requested over 3 weeks to the event: total monies paid minus non-refundable deposit
Cancellations requested less than 3 weeks before the event: a maximum of 50% of the total balance is refundable. (Does not include deposit)
NO REFUNDS will be made after delivery has been made or accepted.

To avoid disappointment of not having your event date or items available , we suggest you contact us once you have secured your venue or at least 2-3 weeks prior to event date.
Balloons

INDOOR - Many air filled balloon designs can last weeks indoors! The longevity of the balloons will depend on the environmental conditions of the space. All of our helium balloons will float for at least 2 days if indoors, but typically much longer!
OUTDOOR - We cannot guarantee that balloons will last any specific amount of time when used outdoor. The sun, heat, wind, rain, etc., affects the lifespan of the balloons.
Once delivered, Balls & Backdrops is not held responsible for any balloons that are popped, stolen, lost, poked or let go of.

Unfortunately, we do not accept balloons provided by the clients as we can’t guarantee their quality.

Once the event has ended, the “taking down” is the responsibility of the client. If you are interested in us coming back to remove the balloons and command hooks, this can be provided at an additional charge. Please mention this when you inquire. We will come to pick up our frames/other rentals.

When we arrive all balloons will be fully inflated. We do not inflate on site, therefore we are typically in and out in 1 hour or less. This helps with venues that have a smaller setup timeframe.
